Shamrock Capital is a private firm that trades and manages its own capital under a strict in-house process. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or commodity pool operator, and it does not manage assets, provide investment advice, or offer any product or service to the public. The firm does not accept outside capital: it takes its own risk internally, and it alone bears that risk and realizes the results of its decisions. The majority of the firm's funds are directed toward ongoing proprietary research; any trading it undertakes is a test of consistency in previously defined quantitative research that meets its strict criteria.
